Nothing but Trouble introduces PJ Sugar. It's not fair to say that trouble happens every time
PJ is around, but when she returns to her home town, within a week, her former teacher is
murdered and her best friend's husband is arrested as the number one suspect. Although the
police detective investigating the murder - who also happens to be PH's former flame - is
convinced it's an open-and-shut case, PJ's not so sure. When she tries to clear her friend's
husband, she ends up reigniting old passions, uncovering an international conspiracy ... solving
a murder along the way. PJ also discovers that maybe God can use a woman who never
seems to get it right.

In Deception by Randy Alcorn, homicide detective Ollie Chandler has seen it all and done
more than he cares to admit. He is called to investigate the murder of professor, he finds
himself going places he's never gone before. Joined by journalist Clarence Abernathy and
friend Jake Woods, all three are drawn deep into corruption and political tensions that
threaten to destroy them - and anyone who tries to help. But they're in too deep to quit. A
gripping story of murder and spiritual struggle, Deception proves, as never before, the truth
of Ollie's first law, "Things are often not what they appear."

Davis Bunn and Janette Oke are the authors of The Hidden Flame, part of their Acts of Faith
series. Its first century Judea and the followers of the Way have burgeoned into a vibrant
community that can't be ignored. Jerusalem is in turmoil as its religious leaders on one side and
their Roman rulers on the other conspire to stamp out the fledgling Church. And Abigail, who
thought she had finally found home and safety, is caught between the opposing forces. Two
suitors desire the lovely Abigail in marriage. Ezra, a Hebrew merchant and widower with
important connections among the Sanhedrin, is looking for a mother for his children. The
Roman soldier Lineux is fascinated by her charm and could offer the sanctuary - and perhaps
the love - she desires. But neither has captured her heart. Will Abigail's faith survive heartbreak
beyond comprehension ... or can a glimmer of hope give her the courage to persevere and find
love at last?

Dawn's Prelude by Tracie Peterson is Lydia's story. Married off at a tender age to a harsh,
